I began teaching Mash-It-Up around fifteen years ago in the UK, although it's been known by many names.
I personally devise and choreograph all of the routines in my classes, so I can vouch for their safety and their effectiveness.

My emphasis is on fun, feeling good and creating a safe space for you to move your body without judgement.
