The founder, who had vast experience in the restaurant industry has tried multiple restaurants for some authentic Mexican seafood and was disappointed at not being able to find something close to what he had back at home.
With this and a passion to provide "closest to home" he set out on an adventure - came up with recipes of his own, begged & borrowed some of his friends & family recipe and then concocted and blended to come up with unique recipes and dishes that you can see today at our various locations.
