Per noi stessi, per le persone che amiamo, per tutti coloro che ci vogliono bene.
Anche parlare di cibo e di salute rappresenta per me un modo di esprimere questo amore..

Il mio obiettivo è quello di promuovere le regole della buona alimentazione come Food Mentor e cercherò di farlo come sempre a modo mio, con un linguaggio semplice, diretto, che parte dalla scienza e arriva sulle vostre tavole in maniera naturale e, spero, divertente.
Insomma sarà una porta aperta sul mio mondo e siete tutti invitati!.

Questa però è una biografia, anche per coloro che magari sono capitati qui per caso, e quindi mi presento.
Mi chiamo Marco Bianchi e sono nato nel 1978.
Da bambino ero un “esperto di pigrizia e di junk food”.
Ho un diploma come Tecnico di Ricerca Biochimica presso l’Istituto di Ricerche Farmacologiche Mario Negri (IRCCS), dopo il quale ho iniziato a lavorare presso l’Istituto FIRC di Oncologia Molecolare (IFOM) di Milano..

Sono stati anni bellissimi, passati al bancone, che mi hanno fatto conoscere tanti professionisti del settore e tanti amici, e poi tanta tecnologia, RNA, DNA, pazienti, geni più espressi di altri e ancora nutrizione e nutrigenomica oltre che momenti di formazione e divulgazione.
L’incontro più importante della mia vita professionale è stato nel 2008 con Umberto Veronesi e la sua Fondazione, con cui collaboro ormai da anni come divulgatore scientifico.
E siccome ho sempre amato cucinare, il passo tra la scienza e le cucina è stato breve..

In tutto questo ho pubblicato 14 libri, giro l’Italia per portare i miei progetti di divulgazione e intrattenimento sul territorio e sostengo campagne di sensibilizzazione su temi a me molto cari (tra queste Tiriamole fuori, campagna di sensibilizzazione sulla prevenzione del tumore al testicolo, e Io mi muovo, lanciata sui social per spronare le persone a combattere la sedentarietà).
In televisione potreste avermi visto a Geo & Geo, Detto Fatto e La prova del cuoco sulle reti Rai.
Per FoxLife ho condotto tre docu-reality: Aiuto, stiamo ingrassando!, primo format italiano dedicato alla rieducazione verso una sana alimentazione degli adulti in sovrappeso, In linea con Marco Bianchi e Tesoro, salviamo i ragazzi!, dedicato ai bambini in sovrappeso che mira al recupero di uno stile di vita sano e di un’alimentazione corretta..

Che altro posso dirvi? Sono sposato con Veru dal 2010 (a tal proposito, proprio al Prof.
Veronesi chiesi di officiare il nostro matrimonio civile!), il nostro amato bassotto Arturo è il primo “figlio” mentre dal 25 settembre del 2015 sono diventato papà di Vivienne; una bimba meravigliosa alla quale cerco di trasmettere l’amore per la natura, il gusto strepitoso del mondo vegetale e il rispetto per il prossimo!.

Proprio la meravigliosa esperienza della paternità ha ispirato il mio ultimo libro Noi ci vogliamo bene, dedicato all’alimentazione delle future mamme e al periodo dello svezzamento.
