Mamut Art Project Nasıl İşliyor?.

Yaklaşık 2 ay süren başvuru sürecinde yaş ve alan (resim, heykel, fotoğraf, video art, enstalasyon, sokak sanatları, vb.) sınırlaması olmadan, bağımsız çağdaş sanatçıların başvuruları kabul ediliyor..
Her sene değişen ve 5 üyeden oluşan jürimiz bu başvurular arasından Mamut Art Project’te yer alacak isimleri belirliyor..

Seçilen sanatçılar sergi alanında kendilerine ayrılan 10 m2 alanda, etkinlik süresince (açılış gecesini takiben 5 gün boyunca) eserlerini Türkiye’nin önde gelen koleksiyonerlerine, küratörlerine, galericilerine ve sanatseverlere sunma şansına erişiyor..

Bu sayede, sanatseverler her sene yeni sanatçıları keşfederek, ulaşılabilir sanat ile ilk koleksiyonerlik adımlarını atabiliyor..

Mamut Art Project was set off intending to be an alternative project, growing with emerging artists and their creations, supporting the concept of attainable art and to be repeated every year with the aim of giving space and visibility to upcoming artists.
Artists, selected by a jury, formed with experts from various fields, were given the chance to manage their own exhibits within an interdisciplinary surrounding..

The project’s 1st year took place in 2013 at Antrepo No:3.

How Mamut Art Project Works?.

We accept applications from independent contemporary artists (without any restrictions of age or medium) during our 2 month application period.
Next, our jury of 5, which changes each year, determine who gets to participate in our upcoming project.
Each selected artist gets 10 sqm.
of individual space, to show their work to Turkey’s most known collectors, curators and gallery owners, and also to art lovers throughout the event (5 days + preview night).
