Detailed description is Depuis 1946, La Maison MONTAUZER allie passion et terroir pour proposer des produits de qualité élaborés artisanalement et localement.
Nos 5 boutiques sont situées dans le Sud-ouest, à BAYONNE, BIARRITZ, GUICHE, ANGLET et au marché de PEYREHORADE.

Lorsque Mr René Montauzer créa la Maison Montauzer en 1946, il employait 3 salariés et produisait des conserves de légumes.
Amoureux de leur terroir, ses deux fils perpétuèrent l’activité en développant la production de charcuterie et de conserves à base de canard et d’oie.
En quelques années, la société acquit une véritable renommée grâce à la qualité de ses produits.
Passionnés, ils ne s’arrêtèrent pas là ! Ils développèrent alors, avec une petite équipe d’éleveurs et salaisonniers du Pays Basque, un jambon haut de gamme, le jambon Ibaïona (rebaptisé récemment Ibaïama).
Animés par cette même envie de proposer des produits de qualité, Christian et Nelly Montauzer, la troisième génération, maintiennent un artisanat traditionnel et développent la fabrication du jambon de Bayonne IGP.
