Die Lutherkirche ist eine evangelische Kirche und steht in der Magdeburger Allee in Erfurt (Johannesvorstadt).
Sie gehört gemeinsam mit der Martinikirche in Ilversgehofen zur Pfarrgemeinde Martini-Luther.
Die Kirche ist ein rechteckiger Bau mit einem etwa 50 Meter hohen Westturm und nach den Grundsätzen des Art Déco errichtet.GeschichteAm 5.
März 1905 wurde ein Verein zum Bau einer Pfarrkirche für die Johannesvorstadt gegründet, deren Einwohner bisher der Kirchgemeinde der Augustinerkirche in der Altstadt zugeordnet waren.
1913 wurde zunächst das Gemeindehaus in der Gerberstraße gebaut.
Der Bau der eigentlichen Kirche wurde durch den Ersten Weltkrieg noch verhindert, bevor am 7.
