We are also planting our raised garden beds this year, somewhat of a different approach than we've done in the past.
If all turns out well, we are planning on selling our 'fresh salsa baskets'--fresh veggies for purchase.
We usually have an overabundance of tomatoes and peppers, and we don't want anything to go to waste, so we'll be posting throughout the summer/fall of what we have available.
