Services offered included boarding, training, pet daycare, limited retail and grooming as well as housing city pound animals.
The owners were the original two employees..

As the business grew, additional volunteers and part time employees were added, including professional groomers, specialty trainers, and full time pet daycare.

Boarding numbers grew raidly.
A lot in the North Industrial Park on Mallard Street was purchased and building plans finalized.
