Detailed description is Lucky Brake Driving Academy, LLC is a locally owned driving school.
The school will provide a safe, fun learning environment to teach young people the information and skills needed to become the best driver they can be.
There will also be defensive driving classes and refresher courses for already licensed drivers, as well as, insurance discount classes.
The classes will be offered in a more hands on learning style to make a rather boring subject matter a little more interactive.
The certified classroom and driving instructors will be owner, Elizabeth Montgomery Hollingsworth and Erin B.

The school will offer both the 38 Hour Course and 14 Hour Course.
Both of these courses are pre-licensing courses.

The 38 HOUR COURSE will include 30 hours of classroom instruction and 8 hours of behind the wheel instruction.
All 15-17 year olds who desire to obtain a drivers license must take this course.
Young people who are 14 years 9 months and in the 9th grade may take the classroom hours, but have to wait until they turn 15 to take the behind the wheel course.
The classroom instruction will include, but not limited to:.
*Basic driving manuevers.
*Traffic laws.
*Road hazards.
*Alcohol, drugs & driving.
*Maintaining a vehicle.

THE COST OF THE 38 HOUR COURSE IS $400..

The 14 HOUR COURSE will include 6 hours of classroom instruction and 8 hours behind the wheel instruction.
All 18 year olds and older first time drivers will be required to complete this course to obtain a driver's license..

THE COST OF THE 14 HOUR COURSE IS $375..

Defensive Driving Classes will be offered at a cost of $50-$70..

Addtional Behind the Wheel Practice Driving will be available for $50/hour with a two hour minimum per student..

Our tenative dates for the first 38 Hour Course will held over the Thanksgiving Break.
It will begin Saturday, November 17, 2012 through Tuesday, November 20, 2012.
