O resultado da dedicação os estudos foi a concretização do sonho de trabalhar na Cosipa, em Cubatão, onde fui funcionário por 15 anos, até 1999..

Cultivo até hoje uma enorme paixão pelo esporte e, durante muitos anos, trabalhei como treinador das crianças no Esporte Clube Beira-Mar, revelando diversos jovens atletas, que posteriormente jogaram como profissionais no Santos Futebol Clube, outra grande paixão.
