Detailed description is LSU Law's Barrister's Bowl is a full-contact football game between students at LSU's Paul M.
Hebert Law Center.
The game, and auction that follows, is a charity-based event that raises money for various charities.
Each year a charity is selected, oftentimes inspired by a connection the law school and students have to a cause.
Students field two teams, Purple and Gold, and a full cheerleading squad to perform at halftime.
The tradition, under the direction of first Commissioner Jayson Durden, was started back in 2005, with Purple team winning 38 - 34.
However, as of Barrister's Bowl XII Gold team has been on a four year winning streak.
