The program vision came after Nanci Beyerl sat in a meeting with Kevin Johnson, a mentor to Nanci and adviser to Peaceful Acres Horses to discuss sustainability for PAH's horses IF Nanci was to die.
The question is more like "When", not "if".
So the planing began.

Kevin and Nanci then discussed life expectancy of horses ( we put that age at 30 years old for purposes of the LTC4H policies) and the cost of horses per month for full care at a farm, boarding facility or sanctuary ( near Up State NY)..

Nanci then secured her first Long Term Care 4 Horses policy as a Key-Person Life Insurance Policy at PAH.
The policy provides funding support, with PAH as the beneficiary, for the life - care of the rescues residing at PAH.
Since then 2 more LTC4Horses policies have been secured by Nanci.
