Lorilet Monegro, M.S.
CCC-SLP, TSHH-BE, is the owner and director of LM Bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Services, P.C.
She holds current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Ms.
Monegro is currently a Clinical Field Supervisor for the Speech Language Personnel and Bilingual Development Center, at Long Island University-Brooklyn Campus.
Prior to starting her practice, Ms.
Monegro has worked in various settings including private and public schools, a private practice, and in Early Intervention.
Ms.
Monegro has been working in a private school, as a consultant and member of evaluation team, and in the private sector since 2006, and expanded her practice in 2011 to include supervision.
She currently serves as a clinical supervisor at the Lehman College Speech and Hearing Clinic, and is an adjunct lecturer at the college in the Department of Speech Language Hearing Sciences.

Monegro has also worked with clients diagnosed with various etiologies including, English Language Learners, Pervasive Developmental Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Emotionally Disturbed and Selective Mutism, and Down’s syndrome.
She has worked with private clients in the area of literacy skills development, and reading skills development.
