I started Little Movers Play Gym with the passion to work with young children show them how much fun active movement can be.

In the end they don't even know they are learning because they are having so much fun!!.

In doing my Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science degree, I not only learnt about the body and how it works with exercising, but also coaching and working with young children.

I then knew this was what I wanted to pursue, a combination of fitness and children..

I travelled to London and worked as a PT and a nanny, and then moved on to become a manager of a team for a company called Crechendo.
This was a play gym for children under 5.

I did this for 18 months and throughly enjoyed it while learning so much about active movement with young children..

Now home and after having 2 of my own children, I decided to pursue my passion and start up my own play gym..
