osnovano je 1997.
godine u Rijeci.
Primarna djelatnost od samog začetka poslovanja nam je pružanje usluga u šumarskoj industriji.
Usporedno sa otvaranjem prve poslovnice postali smo i zastupnici za LKT-šumske zglobne traktore.
Suradnja sa našim partnerom Orvexom s.r.o.
(dobavljač LKT traktora i rezervnih dijelova) održala se do današnjeg dana na obostrano zadovoljstvo.
Uz prodaju LKT traktora nudili smo svojim partnerima i opremu za rad u šumi (sajle, omče, zaštitna oprema…).
S razvojem tržišta odlučili smo i proširiti našu ponudu tako da smo nekolicini naših partnera pronašli traktore sa sjeverno-američkoga tržišta.
S ciljem što boljeg zadovoljenja potreba naših klijenata proširili smo ponudu i na uvoz traktora iz Estonije, Norveške i Švedske..

Naša poslovna filozofija rezultirala je ostvarivanjem pozitivnih financijskih pokazatelja što je u konačnici imalo za posljedicu otvaranje novog prodajno-servisnoga centra.
