Why not sell fresh Amish-recipe bread (and more) right here in lovely Gully, MN on Saturday afternoons? So I got my MN Cottage Food License, rolled up my proverbial sleeves and got to work.

On Saturday, July 1st, 2017, I whipped up several batches of the bread recipe my Amish friends taught me how to make, two pans of Lutheran Chocolate Cake, a batch of Amish granola and, just for fun, a big batch of Rice-Krispie-Bars-On-A-Stick.
Then I set up my little tables, dragged my signs into place, blew up a few balloons and sprinkled a few arts and crafts around! .

The best part of selling bread is getting to meet you, my neighbors, when you stop by to see what's cookin'.
That's always the highlight of Bread Day!.
