This is how we got started: Velma Blandford started a business in her 60’s after her husband passed away.
She followed in her mother’s footsteps and bought a few homes and rented them out and the rent would help pay them off so she could buy more.

Velma’s philosophy was “if you can make a rent payment you could make a house payment” and her business grew.

We lost Velma in 2009 and her business was passed on to her children Jane, Judy, and John..
