Leamington Corriedales is an exciting new stud which offers producers outstanding quality genetics with a view to maximise production, performance and profitability.
It is derived from a commercial flock of 4400 Corriedale ewes with 75 years of breeding behind it.
The commercial and stud operations consist of the highly sought after Kuranda Corriedales.

The flock pedigree contains both Streanshahl and Quamby Plains with some of the old ewe’s still carrying Cluny blood.
Stud sires used include Quamby Plains 280, in 2011 and 10-295 in 2012 and the pure Cluny ram which was bred out of some remaining 7 year old Cluny ewes in 2008.
Cluny genetics were used in the flock for over 20 years and have played a leading role in establishing the true dual purpose Corriedales that we run today..
Last year at Leamington 1800 ewes cut just over 5 kilos of 26 micron fleece which yielded between 75 and 80 percent.
The ewes also weaned over 130 percent of lambs..
This season we have bred 34 stud rams and are proudly able to offer 20 for public sale.
All rams have been analysed for live weight gain, wool and meat production.
They are unhoused and have been run under commercial conditions.
