L'idée date de fin 2014 : proposer un commerce alimentaire ambulant, à vélo, dans la ville de Metz.
Je ne me rappelle plus ce qui a motivé le choix des sandwiches, mais c'est ce à quoi j'en suis arrivé..
Issu des Beaux-arts de Metz, où j'ai appris à aimer encore plus qu'avant le travail fait de mes mains, je me suis donc lancé dans la fabrication d'une petite charrette en bois de récupération (l'ensemble du bois provient de palettes de stockage !).
Deux mains, quelques outils et des semaines de travail, et voilà le Croc'ambule sortit du néant !.
