Detailed description is Le Bistr'AU vous propose une cuisine de saison à travers laquelle la signature du Chef Jérôme Nutile s’exprime pleinement simplicité & gourmandise ! Cévenol, issu de famille de boulanger pâtissier, mes origines m’ont laissé le goût de la rigueur, du travail bien fait, et c’est très jeune que j’ai développé cette passion pour la cuisine.
J’ai donc fait de la cuisine mon métier pour partager ce plaisir, et le transmettre aux gens.
