.Laura Kamhuber lebt mit ihren Eltern Sabine und Josef im kleinen Ort Amaliendorf im nördlichen Waldviertel.
Sie ist 16 Jahre alt und besucht die HLW Zwettl.

Wie jedes Kind hat sie viele Hobbies.
Ihre größte Leidenschaft aber ist die Musik.
Bereits im Alter von 3 Jahren singt sie im Seniorenheim und findet großen Gefallen daran, im Mittelpunkt zu stehen.

Mit 10 Jahren sieht Laura erstmals den Kiddy Contest im Fernsehen - und schon ein Jahr später ist sie selbst als Teilnehmerin mit dabei.
Ab diesem Zeitpunkt nimmt sie regelmäßig Gesangsunterricht und tritt verstärkt bei kleineren und etwas größeren Veranstaltungen auf.

2012 singt Laura bei einer Benefizveranstaltung zum ersten Mal einen volkstümlichen Titel und entdeckt ihre Liebe zu dieser Musikrichtung..

Kurz darauf überzeugt Laura auch bei der ORF-Sendung "Die große Chance" Juroren und Publikum und erreicht sogar das Halbfinale.

Danach nimmt Laura in Deutschland bei "The Voice Kids" teil.
Sie ist auch dort erfolgreich und schafft es bis zu den Battles.

Währenddessen formiert sich in der Heimat ein schlagkräftiges Team, das an das enorme Potential von Laura glaubt: Uwe Altenried (Komponist) und Peter und Gaby Wessely (Texter) schreiben einen eigenen Titel für sie.
Und beim renommierten Verlag "Tyrolis" erhält Laura ihren ersten Plattenvertrag.

2013, war es soweit: Laura wird mit ihrem frechen Lied "Wer Ordnung hält (....ist nur zu faul zum Suchen)" von Andy Borg in den Musikantenstadl eingeladen.
Dort tritt sie an der Seite von Mega-Stars wie Andrea Berg oder Hansi Hinterseer auf - und gewinnt die Herzen des Publikums im Sturm..

Das nächste Highlight für Laura war der Silvesterstadl in Klagenfurt wo sie um den begehrten Stadl Stern gesungen hat.
Und auch das Jahr 2014 startete erfolgversprechend denn seit 2.1.2014 ist ihre Debüt CD "Wie guat dass i a Madl bin" überall im Handel und zum Downloaden erhältlich.
Im Juni 2014 folgte dann das nächste Highlight mit einem eigenen Sommerhit war sie bei "Immer wieder Sonntags" im Europapark Rust bei Stefan Mross zu Gast.

2015 war für Laura ein ebenfalls sehr erfolgreiches Jahr mit vielen Liveauftritten bei verschiedensten Veranstaltungen wie Krone Fest in Linz,Herbstfest von Sigrid & Marina, Open Airs mit Künstlern wie Marc Pircher und Udo Wenders, Benefizveranstaltungen unter anderem im Casino Velden.
Sogar am Donauinselfest durfte Laura auftreten und den Spark7Rookie Award entgegennehmen.
Auch das Jahr 2016 startet vielversprechend mit der Wildcardnominierung für den ESC.
Laura ist bis unter die letzen 14 Teilnehmer gekommen die für Schweden singen dürfen.
Auch stehen wieder viele interessante Projekte am Start mit grossen Künstlern und die Aufnahme eigener Songs.
