Started by teenagers that just wanted a place they could practice, and show off their new found love for dancing.
The Last Friday Dances began in 2015 when a group of teenagers took on couples dance lessons from a local teacher.
They soon discovered that there where very few venues to take their new found talents.
So they began having monthly dances at the Chelsea Town hall just for practice and fun.
They quickly turned into an evening of fun, learning, and sharing for many local people.
They DJ popular music from all era's and genres.
The hall is decorated by these teens families each month with a different theme.
They ask everyone to bring a dish of food to share for the evening.
Selling soda and waters help fund the products needed to keep the dances going.
