"In 1995 LJJA was in a 600 square foot section in my fathers basement.
That's when he really started his martial arts journey and wanted to help others do the same.
When I was like 6 I remember going down into the basement seeing 10 guys reping arm bars and grappling in our basement." LJJA Training Center is a family ran business and a one stop shop to train your body.
We're here to train you in multiple martial arts, boxing, yoga, zumba, and fitness.
