When you contact us with you requirements we will ask a few questions, especially if additional text is required and its desired and position..

When requested, please send via email the image that you would like engraved, please state if known the size (MB) and pixels of the original image.
(Indicating the size of your image, graphic or photo and where possible the pixels, will help us determine the best size possible to engrave)..

We will issue you a quote email outlining what you have ordered, pricing and payment details etc, .

Once received and all details have been checked, and If the price is acceptable, full payment should be made, once we have notification of this payment work will commence.
