Detailed description is Lambert's is a family owned grocery store that offers a full New York Style Deli, the best salad bar in Massachusetts, a friendly staff and fresh produce.
Fifty years ago four brothers had an idea to offer the best fruits and vegetables in the Boston area.
Two of the brothers were getting out of the Navy, one was getting out of the Army and one was getting out of high school.
They grew up in the south end of Boston and dreamed of owning a business in their back yard.
All four pitched in, bought a truck and started out on Morrissey blvd.
