Detailed description is Lake Lehman Junior Senior High School in Lehman Township, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania was created by the merger of a Middle Level Educational Building, which provided an education from grades seven to eight, and a high school, which did the same for grades nine to twelve.
The two schools were combined in 2003.
The school is located in a rural setting.Most classes consist of 30 or fewer students.
Basic classes are offered for everyone, but the school also offers advanced courses, and Advanced Placement classes for college preparation.ActivitiesThe school has many students in the National Honor Society and the National Junior Honor Society.
Many students also participate in the National History Day Program, Science Olympiad, and JETS academic contests.
