The Lahonton Valley Bird Dog Club (LVBDC) was formed by 6 individuals who believe that a well trained hunting dog is the essence of any bird hunting experience.
In fact, without dogs why hunt? We also recognize that the purchase and training of a bird hunting dog is a major commitment of time and money.
We believe that training a dog is more effective and enjoyable when it is shared with others facing the same challenges.
The LVBDC was started to provide an organization where like minded people could gather to share bird dog training resources, tips and experiences.
We welcome anyone who is committed to hunting with a well trained dog and wants to be part of a group with the same goal.
It makes no difference whether you hunt with a flushing or pointing dog, if you love dogs, bird hunting, and camaraderie you belong in this club..
