I completed a bachelors degree in Exercise Science with a specialization in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2007.
Upon returning to Brockville, I began work at the Brockville and Area YMCA doing personal training.
While at the YMCA, I created a cardiac rehabilitation program, as well as a neuromuscular rehabilitation program.

I enrolled in the 5 year Traditional Osteopathy program at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto.
In 2014, I successfully completed my 5th year final written and practical exam which allowed my to begin my thesis.
In November 2015, I defended my thesis entitled "The Effect of Global Osteopathic Treatment on Migraine without Aura".
