Detailed description is La Fare Sport Nature est une association multi sport regroupant les activités running, VTT, randonnée et qui organise la course Les Chemins de St Rosalie.
La Fare Sport Nature est une association multi sport regroupant les activités running, VTT et randonnée.
C’est avant tout une association conviviale où nous partageons de bons moments au travers d’activités sportives..

La section course accueille les coureurs de tout niveau : du débutant souhaitant découvrir le running, au coureur confirmé souhaitant se perfectionner.
Si vous souhaitez vous dépasser, vous amuser ou bien simplement courir en groupe pour le plaisir, cette section est faite pour vous !.
Les séances d’entrainement ont lieu 3 fois par semaine : le mardi soir au stade de St Chamas, le jeudi soir et samedi matin à la Fare les Oliviers.
Des plans d’entrainement personnalisés sont proposés aux coureurs qui souhaitent progresser..

La section randonnée organise des sorties le dimanche deux fois par mois, pour une découverte de notre patrimoine naturel et culturel.
Montagnes, collines, faune et flore de notre région sont au programme.
Les circuits sont toujours différents sur des thèmes choisis et étudiés avec beaucoup de soin.
Des balades encadrées où l’on sait par avance qu’elles seront conviviales, surprenantes mais surtout enrichissantes par leur diversité et par leur humanité..

L’association organise également la course pédestre « Les Chemins de Sainte Rosalie » le lundi de Pâques.
La course évolue dans les collines Farenques et regroupe plus de 600 participants ! Deux parcours de 17,5 et 10 km sont proposés.
Cet évènement sportif s’est désormais fait un nom auprès des meilleurs coureurs de notre région.
