Michele coadiuvato dai suoi figli Raffaele e Stefano e dalla moglie Ilona..
L’intento sin dall’inizio è stato sempre quello di avere una grande cura nella scelta dei prodotti, nella pulizia, nel giusto rapporto dei prezzi, offrendo un ambiente accogliente con un buon servizio..

Diplomato alla scuola alberghiera di Ottaviano (NA), ha collaborato con l'hotel del Golfo di Procchio (Isola d'Elba), lo Steak & Stilton Rest di Guernesey (GB), il King's Head Hotel Harrow-on-the-Hill Middx (GB), le Chateau Valuese Hotel di Jersey (GB), il ristorante La Beola di Pallanza sul Lago Maggiore, il Grand Hotel Majestic di Pallanza, il Kulm Hotel di Arosa (Svizzera), l'Hotel Breindenbacher hef di Duesseldorf (Germania), il ristorante Rosati di Duesseldorf (d), ancora il Breidenbacher Hof e ancora il Gran Hotel Majestic di Pallanza.
