Chef diplômé et primé, CAP-BEP et BP, reçu avec les honneurs et classé n°1 du département de la promotion 1992..
Nous vous accueillons dans une ambiance conviviale en toute simplicité.
Le midi en semaine, une formule plat combiné, dessert, à 14.50 € est proposée, différente chaque jour selon arrivage.
Le soir et le weekend, un menu tradition à 22 € avec par exemple l’éclair soufflé au cantal ou la salade composée et son magret fumé au foin, la ballotine de volaille au pesto, l'onglet de veau à l'échalote, ou le filet de bar et sa crème au Noilly Prat, et ses desserts maisons.......A la carte vous pourrez découvrir le foie gras mi cuit à la vanille avec sa brioche à la graine de lin,le cromesquis de chèvre et sa salade folle, la côte de cochon fermier au poivre vert et ses pommes boulangères,..............
