L’iniziativa, giunta alla sua ottava edizione, è nata sullo stimolo dell'esperienza africana del Saint Martin, un’organizzazione no profit attiva sugli altopiani a nord del Kenya che si occupa di far emergere la parte migliore delle persone indipendentemente dalla loro condizione fisica, psicologica e sociale.
“Only through community” (solo attraverso la comunità) è il motto che il Saint Martin utilizza per ricordare che “se vuoi andare veloce vai da solo, se vuoi andare lontano vai con gli altri”..
