Située à La Douze, charmant village à 25 kilométres au sud de Périgueux sur la route des Eyzies et de Sarlat, mon exploitation, d’une superficie de 5 hectares, est entièrement consacrée à l’elevage des canards à foie gras et à leur préparation dans une conserverie agréée aux normes C.E.E ..

Les canards sont élevés, gavés par mes soins et cuisinés à la ferme selon le bon goût d’autrefois.
Les produits sont élaborés selon des recettes traditionnelles ou selon des créations originales et familiales puis vendus à la ferme, dans des salons gastronomiques, par correspondance ou sous forme de coffrets cadeaux pour les entreprises et les comités d’entreprise..
