Nous avons quitté Gargilesse, un petit village très aimé de George Sand (grande source d'inspiration pour la cuisinière), pour nous installer à Cluis connu pour sa fête du Luma..
Suite à la retraite de notre brasseur de la Creuse, nous nous sommes lancés dans la cuisine d'escargots et le brassage de bière.
Nous avons la chance d'avoir hérité de son équipement et surtout de sa grande expérience..
Bières artisanales de haute fermentation, non-filtrées, non pasteurisées avec une double fermentation en bouteille.
Malt 95% français (Malterie d’Issoudun) et houblon d’Alsace.
Bières selon la saison – aromatisées aux épices, plantes, fleurs et miel local..
Le conditionnement de nos bières-bouteilles est de 50cl et de 20 ou 30 litres en fût sur commande..
Les visites de la brasserie sont sur RDV par téléphone.
