As of January 1st 2017 I will be specializing in portraiture.
Please note* I am not a wedding or newborn photographer, I will be doing limited sessions.

Client sessions include pet, family, and portrait sessions for any occasion.
Rates start at $55.00 for mini sessions..

I do not charge per person, but per half hour of shoot time.
Each session includes post shoot editing, each photo is looked over in Adobe Lightroom.
I color correct, and if necessary, fix any blemishes on each photo in Adobe Photoshop.
You will receive the listed amount of photos from the package you choose.
Clients can request certain editing on certain photos if they please.
You can also order prints..

I have each client sign a contract, stating refund policy and my terms of use.
L A Banks Photography retains copyright to all photographs, but grants the client unlimited rights to use or reproduce the photography for which the client pays.
Copies of contracts can be sent to the client upon request.
Clients also fill out a short form for contact information..

40% of total cost is required prior or at the time of the photo shoot.
The rest will not be due until you purchase your photos online or before you receive your USB or CD.
Failure to pay the deposit 24 hours after the photo session will result in a $10 late fee.
Cash and Paypal are acceptable forms of payment.
I do not have a studio set up, I relocated recently, but if you need props or backdrops I can provide them.
Gas money is also taken into consideration if I have to drive outside of the 30 mile radius..
