In 2009, I earned my bachelor’s degree in agricultural journalism from SDSU.
Through my classes there, as well as at a number of newspaper internships, I developed a love of print media.
And, after working for a little over a year as a copy editor and page designer for a 16,000-circulation, daily newspaper in western Nebraska, I realized that I had become more interested in the design aspect of it all and made the decision to go back to school, and enrolled in the Graphic Communications program at Southeast Technical Institute in Sioux Falls, SD..
