Erin came to Kountry Folks in 1990 as general manager, when it was owned by the RTM Restaurant Group in Atlanta.
They were blessed enough to be able to buy the restaurant in 1998, but not without their share of trials during the purchasing process.
It even looked for a while like it might not even happen.
One Sunday evening in August or September of 1990, when the negotiations to buy the business were going poorly, Pat and Erin went to the Sunday evening service at Harvest Christian Fellowship.
While walking up to the church, Erin spotted a new white Chevy pickup that had "Is.

He didn't know that verse, but he remembered it later in the service when his attention started to wander.
He grabbed his Bible, looked up the passage, and read:.
