My focus is working with individuals or small groups of people to ensure your experience best meets your needs and assists you in developing a practice that will help you in your day to day life.
We will help develop a greater anatomical understanding of the postures and the impact they can have on your body, and at the same time, will share the deeper meaning of yoga behind the asana (or posture) work.
