Detailed description is Kona Coffee Farm &Tiki Vacation Village.
It is one of the oldest farms in Hawaii.
Our relative brought the first coffee plants to Kona in 1828, Come visit Our KonaZona is one of the oldest and most historical Coffee Farms in Hawaii where you can now stay.
The Tiki Village is being created to share our Hawaii with as many travelers as possible by offering very low costs.
We could charge double, but we would rather have new friends than more money.
We have enough money, but we can never have enough friends..

Currently we have two vacation rentals at the KonaZona.
The Kona Tiki House and The Ocean View.
The Kona Tiki House is a free standing new construction, one bedroom cottage.
It has 15 foot ceiling and a loft for your friends to sleep.
A full bath and well equipped kitchen to make it your temporary Hawaiian home.

Our second vacation rental is the Ocean View.
It is an apartment in the Plantation house consisting of the original master bedroom and bath with a new kitchen in the great room.
It has a private entrance and covered view lanai.
You can enjoy the ocean views from all rooms in the apartment.
The Ocean View apartment has everything you need to cook and relax.
So come and enjoy what it is like to live in Hawaii, if even for just a few days..

You will be able to utilize the entire KonaZona Estate grounds.
Enjoy the Sunset Tiki Lanai and the Tiki Bar above the Koi pond with waterfalls.
Please don't eat the fish, they don't taste good.
Enjoy the private Tiki Bar,s pool table, darts, music system, dance floor and lighting.
You are allowed to pick and eat any of the tropical fruits or flowers in the gardens including Bananas, Mangos, Papaya, Avocados, Guava, Oranges, Lemons, Mac Nuts and more.
Whatever is ripe is yours to enjoy.
They do taste good..

You can lounge on the white sands (direct from Home Depot) of the "Beach".
Listen to the soothing sounds of the waterfalls into the Koi Pond from the ocean view deck.
All is yours to enjoy with a morning coffee or sunset Mai Tai.
Try counting the Tiki's located throughout the Estate.
Or just find a private spot to enjoy the view and surroundings.
Peace for you to read a book or meditate.
Relax in old Hawaii.

When KonaDave is in town you will have to suffer thru his endless tales of traveling the world, Hawaiian history, culture and sites to see.
His Great great Uncle brought the first coffee plants to Kona in 1828 and now world famous Kona Coffee was born.
When KonaDave is not home you can enjoy the helpfulness of the other friendly natives (only two actually born in Hawaii) who are divers, surfers, garden lovers and adventure seekers.
If you want privacy, you don't have to talk or see anyone by hiding in your private apartment and lanai or wandering the peaceful gardens..

The Neighborhood.
You will only have to walk two blocks to the quaint, historic town of Holualoa.
It's old historically protected buildings are now mostly arts and craft galleries.
No tourist T-shirts here.
Just incredible art from the resident artists.
There are two restaurants and an old fashioned Mom and Pop general store.

Getting Around.
You will need a car to see our Big Island.
It is 4900 sq miles big with two 14,000 foot mountains.
You can even drive to the top of one, Mauna Kea.
In the winter you can play in the snow, then drive down the mountain to the beach and 85 degree weather.
It's 3 hours to the worlds most active Volcano and a full day to circle the island.
There are incredible places and extreme terrain changes on our Big Island.
Two snow capped nearly 14,000 foot high mountains, deseerts, lush tropical forests, spectacular waterfalls, white black and green sand beaches and the worlds most active volcano.
Come and spend enough time to see it all..
