Kohmann Motors & Mowers was established in January 2015 by the father and son team of John and Jim Kohmann combining their 83 years of experience in the automobile business with their established mower/power equipment business of 15 years.
Kohmann Minerva Mowers was started in 2000, by John & Jim, in conjunction with their “new” car dealership in Minerva known as Kohmann Ford, Inc.
In 2005 the Kohmann’s sold their Ford franchise but kept Kohmann Minerva Mowers; now located at 107 E.
High St.
John managed the mower shop while Jim stayed at the Ford dealership for an additional 8 years as the General Manager and for the past 2 years has managed another Ford dealership.
In January 2015 John and Jim decided it was time to reunite and open a Used Car Dealership along with the mower business..
