Our Council is based out of Saint Leo University On 22 November 1964, the Abbot Charles Moore Council 5630 was founded at Saint Leo.
It was named after the first Abbot of Saint Leo Abbey.
The council serves both the Abbey and the University.
Being founded in 1964, the council is the oldest student organization on campus.
