Detailed description is Kentucky Agility Training (KAT) is a soccer specific program geared to athletes looking to improve their quickness, speed, agility and technical skills.
My name is Jessica Hogan and I have created a soccer program that is unique.
My extensive soccer background includes training with the National Team, Division I College ball, 3 Semi-Pro teams and going through years of Olympic Development training.
During my entire soccer career, beginning at the age of 5, I have been exposed to the most outstanding coaches at every level and have played and competed with the world's top female soccer players.

I hold my E and National D Soccer Coaching licenses.
