Detailed description is Selling gourmet garlic Ken's Garlic is once again selling premium quality organically grown garlic.

In the spring of 2014 I moved my farming location from Newcastle ON to Hampton ON.
Since then I have been carefully tending and regenerating my planting stock as well as enriching the new field with compost.
This year (2016) marks the first year at my new location that I will have a large enough crop to sell.
In the past I have sold the bulk of my crop at the Toronto Garlic Festival but this year I have decided to take the plunge, go digital and sell online via this Facebook page.

My other horticultural love is corn and small grains.
My interest and adoration of these plants has almost met that of garlic.(almost) My focus has been on open pollinated grain corn and heirloom varieties of wheat and barley.
I have been working hard on overcoming the challenges of planting, reaping, threshing, winnowing, drying and milling grain.
This year I hope to offer my wheat and corn to those interested.
I work with non-patented open source seeds so if you would like to grow your own I can sell you seeds and they are yours to save and share.

I also have a small hop yard and I can provide hops to you home brewers out there..
Garlic harvest is around mid July and then there is curing and processing.
I hope to have bulbs available for purchase at the end of August.
