About Ainslie Rhoads:.

Ainslie developed her passion for coaching toward the end of her high school career.
It has carried forward and gained momentum throughout her college and now professional careers.

Ainslie attended Drexel University and played four years of Division I field hockey for the Dragons as a goalkeeper.
In 2012, she was part of the CAA Championship squad, which participated in the NCAA tournament.
In 2015, she was named to the CAA All Tournament team.
Ainslie is a former member of the USA Women’s National Indoor team and has competed at the international level…Most recently in the 2015 SPAR Four Nations Tournament hosted in Durban, South Africa.
She graduated from Drexel in 2016 with a degree in Sport Management and a concentration in legal studies.
She currently works as the Marketing Manager for Strive: How You Lead Matters in Wilmington, DE.
Strive is an educational non-profit dedicated to spreading the power of character-driven leadership, specifically in young student athletes and coaches.

Ainslie is proud to be the Goalkeeping Coach for the Main Line "Mayhem" Field Hockey Club.
She has coached previously with other clubs in the area such as WC Eagles, Philly Hockey Club, various Drexel Field Hockey camps/clinics, and the USA Futures Program.
