Detailed description is This houseboat is truly one of a kind! This amazing house is full size with livable space being 24' X 50' amidst breathtaking Flathead Lake views.
This houseboat is truly one of a kind.
If you have been on a typical houseboat before this is nothing like it.
This amazing house is full size with livable space being 24 feet wide and 50 feet long.
The main room has a full size kitchen with a large center island and all appliance.
The living room has a large sectional couch and both a wood burning fireplace and a propane fireplace.
It is completed by a 55" LCD smart TV with Directv and surrounded by breathtaking views of the lake and mountains.
Directly behind the living room area in the same room is a very sturdy log bunk bed as well as a log daybed that can transform into a king bed or two twins.
The master bedroom has brand new carpet and its own private entrance.
The bedroom is complete with a queen bed, closet, dresser, and a 27" flat-screen.
The houseboat has a large bathroom that contains a washer and dryer and also has another entrance to the outside.
It has a nice size vanity with full length mirror, toilet, and large jetted bathtub (I am hoping to replace this with a nice stone shower by summer).
There is also 3 electric heaters throughout the houseboat.
On the outside of the living space is a 3 and a half foot walkway that circles the entire houseboat.
Down a few steps from that walkway is a long dock for boats- about 65 feet long.
The upper walkway also contains a hot tub and the roof of the houseboat will be where the water-slide begins.
The houseboat has a large generator that runs everything and also has solar panels that can run some systems.
This houseboat is secured tightly to pilings in open water and can not be moved by the renter.
