愛するチームを共に“語れ”、“歌え”(イタリア語の「カンターレ」[cantare])、そして“勝て”(富山の方言である「勝たれ」) という意味を込めて名付けた。.
併せて、頂点を目指して、富山県民(サポーター)と肩(カタ)を組んで共に「行こう」(フランス語の「アレ」[aller=行く])というチームの姿勢をあらわしている。.
