Detailed description is We have a wide variety of Cactus, Succulents & Books.
I also sell on Succulent Marketplace USA, Succulents-Cactus-Tropicals marketplace USA & B.E.S.T.
K & L Cactus was started March 1971 as a small licensed Mail Order Nursery by Keith and Lorraine Thomas.
We sold a small assortment of desert cacti.
By 1973 we had moved to the site 3 miles north of Galt, California on Highway 99 and the greenhouses were increased by 6 and full of wonderful plants.
In 1992 we moved the nursery to the foothills just off Highway 88 near Ione, California where we are still located.
I have slowly changed the size of the nursery to 2 large greenhouses to be able to manage better the plants I have.
I am hoping to retire and live a life of my hobby of oil painting and just puttering with my yard, my pets and my small personal collection of succulents.

I am working to sell out the whole nursery and all related items such as a large amount of books, pots etc.
but in the interim I will continue to sell plants as I have to people who are interested in a wide variety of large and small specimens.
This has been my passion for so many years and it will be hard to not have the wide assortment of plants to propagate and care for but it is time to pass on the torch to others with that same passion.
