The Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians purchased the ranch from the Bare family in 2000 which has grown to over 6000 acres and 17 miles of ranch land throughout Southern Douglas County, including the Rogue River Ranch with over 1500 irrigated acres.
