Detailed description is K-Athletics was designed in response to a growing demand for a safe and intelligent approach towards Sport Performance in a professional environment.
My name is Kendra Averesch and I am the founder of K-Athletics.
During my athletic career I fell in love with sports performance and every challenging aspect of it.
As a high school athlete I had no idea what colleges look for in an athlete and the standards that they have.
Fortunately, The University of Findlay gave me the opportunity to continue my track and field career with them.
Starting out, I was immediately behind most of the athletes there as far as weight room numbers and lifting technique.
Throughout my four years of competition I was blessed with becoming a 4x All-American in shot put, 1x All-American in hammer, GLIAC conference champion, 4th longest shot put throw in Division II history and other accolades.
I would not have been able to do these things without the patience of my coaches and their dedication towards me..

I designed K-Athletics to help the next generation of athletes to help further their sports career.
The goal for the athlete who joins K-Athletics is to prepare them not only physically for a collegiate career, but also mentally.
K-Athletics will educate the athletes on proper Olympic lifting technique, individually designed training, video analysis and more.
