It's time to break the silence and step up so no one feels they have to step out! Life goes on, Just Breathe.
“Suicide” is almost unheard of until it happens.
It’s not a subject talked about in schools, on the streets or even in the homes.
It came to light that this is an issue, we need to implement Suicide Awareness and Prevention Assemblies and programs as a resource to our teenagers.
They need to be informed that suicide is not an option and that there are valuable resources available to them..

I started my own campaign “Just Breathe” to raise funds that can be donated to the local schools to help aid in Suicide Awareness and Prevention activities, assemblies and in the form of scholarships.
I decided, I can’t bring back the loved ones that I lost to suicide, but if I could help save one person, my mission would be accomplished.

My mission is to let those know that are struggling within that moment that “Life goes on, just breathe, be brave and dare to inspire and always believe in yourself.” .
